+How do I purchase a product?

Firstly, make sure you are signed up as a member!

Then, after logging in, select the product, choose the quantity and click ‘Add to Cart'. Once you have finished shopping click the diagram of the shopping cart in the top right hand corner of the page. Click “Buy Now.” On the next page, you will be asked to confirm the quantity of product that you wish to purchase, and how many credits you wish to use in order to purchase the product (if any). You will also be required to provide your Postal Address.

At this point, you can then go ahead and click 'Confirm My Order' towards the bottom of the page. The number of credits selected (if any) will be deducted from the cost of the product, and the corresponding number of credits removed from your Pop account.

Follow the on-screen instructions from here - you can pay via a registered PayPal account, or using your credit/debit card.

+I bought a product - what do I do now?

In most cases the product will automatically be delivered and you will not need to contact the supplier. If redemption is necessary you will find instructions on how to redeem the product located on your purchase confirmation.

Retrieve your purchase confirmation by logging in, towards the top-right of the page you will see a button that says “My Account” click through to ‘My Purchases’.  All of your purchase confirmations should appear here displaying it's ‘Pop ID', and 'Redemption Code'.

A purchase confirmation should automatically be available within your 'My Purchases' section, when logged in. If it is not there, please contact us at support@pop.com.au

+I have a problem with the product I received

It breaks our heart when an order arrives broken or damaged and we do our best to package all orders as well as possible. Unfortunately damage in transit does happen occasionally, and if this is the case, please contact support@pop.com.au within seven days of receipt of the product so that they can help you. Due to the nature of our business, a replacement may not always be possible, but we will do our best to help you!

+I would like to request a refund

Please let us know the circumstances of your refund request (in as much detail) below. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@pop.com.au   with the campaign name, email address and full name on the Paypal/credit card account used to make the purchase.

+How do I refer a friend?

In order to refer a friend to Pop...

After logging in, in the top-right corner of the page, click 'Invite. You will then be taken to a page that states your personal referral link. Send this link (in an email) to all of your family and friends. If any of them sign up to Pop then purchase any offer within 72 hours, we'll give you $10 Pop credit for use immediately when purchasing any future products!

+I still haven't received a response from Pop!

All enquiries via the site are usually addressed within 72 hours. It is important to note that Pop provides limited Customer Services over the weekend and as such - any enquiries sent on a Saturday may not be replied to by Monday morning at the earliest! Please note however - that we will always get back to your enquiries as soon as possible and will never simply ignore requests for help!

In the event that you have attempted to contact Pop on multiple occasions and/or more than 72 hours ago and are yet to receive a response - it's possible that your request did not completely pass through this webpage and that we may not have received it!

If this is the case - we would recommend reaching out to our Customer Service Team by emailing (old-style!) us via support@pop.com.au
